Clearbrook Caerphilly

Named for the natural spring water flowing through the Bachman farm, our Caerphilly has a tangy and mildly sharp flavor with a touch of saltiness.   Caerphilly was historically the lunch of Welsh coal miners because it brought them needed nurishment after their hard-working efforts.  When baked, Caerphilly brings a beautiful, golden cheese crown to the top of any dish.
